In today’s technology-driven business environment, nearly every investigation or negotiation of disputes requires digital factfinding.  The stories that systems and technology can tell, when brought to light through forensic examination, can help to make or break cases.  Organisations are more frequently turning to technical partners to uncover the digital facts and identify and preserve critical evidence.  Moreover, as law and regulation are rapidly changing to keep up with technology, technical insights can be used to augment existing arguments and help discover new potential arguments.  This session will be a chance to hear from forensic examiners working on some of the key issues in modern tech disputes – including cybersecurity, privacy, IP, and AI.
