Rule of law talk “In conversation with Lord Garnier KC and Joshua Rozenberg”

Guests joined the CLF on Wednesday 8th February at Allen & Overy as we renewed our focus on access to justice and the rule of law.

As part of our programme for shedding light on “rule of law issues” we were delighted to hear from Lord Garnier KC (who was instructed on behalf of Sir John Major) speaking about the Supreme Court case R (Miller) v the Prime Minister. We were joined by Joshua Rozenberg, eminent legal journalist, who hosted and interviewed Lord Garnier.

The discussion was followed by an opportunity to get together for drinks with colleagues from across commercial litigation.
